PRICE :
Prices are shown excluding tax. For imported products, any legal modification may result in an increase or decrease in price until the day of delivery (customs taxes, tax legislation, etc.).
QUANTITIES:
For all orders we reserve the right to deliver more or less 5% of the quantity ordered depending on the risks linked to printing.
MATERIAL AND PRINT COLORS:
Depending on the products and arrivals, there may be a slight variation in the quality and color of the materials. Print shades may also vary depending on media. We will endeavor to reproduce as closely as possible the PANTONE references indicated on the BAT.
Any differences noted will under no circumstances give rise to complaints.
DELIVERIES:
Delivery times are given for purely indicative purposes only and cannot bind us in any way. Many elements can occur without our being able to control them (stock shortage of materials, manufacturing defects, transport or customs delays or strikes, etc.). In the event of a problem of this kind, we will do everything possible to ensure that at least part of the goods are delivered as soon as possible. Any delays do not give the buyer the right to refuse their order or claim damages.
The goods travel at the buyer's risk.
All reservations must be made to the carrier upon receipt of the goods (number of packages, possible damage).
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment of the price.
REGULATIONS:
30% deposit on order, and payment of the balance by draft accepted 30 days after receipt of the goods. In the event of non-validation of our credit insurance, full payment with the order
Payment accepted by check, credit card, transfer or draft.
Any failure to pay on the due date will result in the sums due being immediately payable and compensation equal to 15% of the sums remaining to accrue as damages.
Any complaint must be made within 10 days following delivery of the goods by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
Any order implies full acceptance of our general conditions of sale.
In the event of a dispute, only the Commercial Court of La Rochelle will have jurisdiction.
